Nicole served eight years as CFO of Dolan Automotive Group in Reno, Nevada, creating departments, building teams and leading the group through multiple acquisitions and DMS transitions. She later stayed on as the group’s Treasurer. She most recently managed a DMS conversion for a large multi-franchise dealer group, analyzing current processes, suggesting necessary improvements and enabling a smoother conversion. Before joining the dealer side, she spent nearly a decade in public accounting, starting with audit and tax, then providing CFO-replacement and internal control work, including for auto dealerships. She understands every side of the business and how to maximize efficiency and profits across the enterprise. Nicole is based in Jupiter, Florida.
